Joy in the Journey

Cameron and I are going on our third month of living in Austin. It's been an adventure setting up our new home, being newlyweds, Cameron adjusting to his job in downtown, and with me on the job search (which is a job in itself). Prayer is such a powerful thing. We spent our first month of our marriage staying at his parents house, waiting for Cameron to find his current job. Our prayers were answered over and over again. He found this job and it is such a comfort knowing that this is exactly where he needs to be. Now after two months of job searching I found a job that I am excited about. I will be working with the company that handles students portraits for their yearbook. I will be an office assistant in the mornings, and then for the afternoons I will be a receptionist. It's so wonderful being in Austin knowing that it's exactly where we need to be and knowing that we can always turn to our Heavenly Father. There is joy in the journey.

  2. Cameron and Chelsea-
I am glad everything is working out for you two. You deserve it. I am sad we weren't able to see you while we were in Texas, but we will definitely meet up soon.
